Very special Elgin from the end of WW1. Large square cushion nickel case measures 32mm x 40mm with 16mm early springbar lugs. Original crown and glass crystal. Case shows light use with some ripple to snap-on back and crude initials. Superb and very scarce silvered metal dial with art neveau engraved dial with black enamel accents and numerals. Sunken Sub seconds at 6:00. Dial is factory original finish with light soiling but shows beautifully with a great antique look. Inside is the original Elgin 7 jewel movement that has been serviced and is keeping good time. Overall condition is excellent. Fitted with a new tan pigskin strap as when new.
